Chief Executive Officer

Josef Michelson founded CSU Management as an affiliate of his investment fund Capital Solutions USA. A successful businessman and investor, Mr. Michelson has acquired and managed over five hundred million dollars worth of debt.

After the market crash of 2008, Mr. Michelson emerged as a pioneer in the NPN market. Throughout his years in the industry, he has cultivated invaluable relationships with major national and regional banks. His knowledge, expertise, and business acumen have allowed him to deliver exceptional results to his investors.

For the past decade, Mr. Michelson has brought his clients an average annual IRR of over 30%.

Chester Meisels

Cheskel (Chester) Meisels

President

Cheskel Meisels has advised on over one billion dollars in real estate transactions. He is an expert in identifying and purchasing distressed properties with latent potential.

Mr. Meisels acts as a consultant to real estate developers and other businesses, helping them restructure their debt and rehabilitate their operations.

He earned his real estate agent license in 1997, followed by a certification in investment
banking in 2007.

Jonathan Redner

Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan Redner has managed over sixty million dollars of client assets during his twenty-five years at respected investment banking institutions including Oppenheimer & Co., J. W. Seligman & Co., and Berkshire Bank.

Throughout his career, Redner successfully procured mortgage loans and business lines of credit. He developed high-level client relationships that encompassed a wide spectrum of banking and brokerage products. As a founding Group Director at Signature Bank, Redner was lauded by senior leadership for creating unique mortgage loan proposals, utilizing clients’ financial statements and the underlying value and income flow of their properties.

Most recently, as Chief Financial Officer for Home Attendant Services of Hyde Park, Mr. Redner oversaw the financial statements, budgeting, auditing, and tax filings of a company with a thirty million dollar annual budget.

He holds an MBA in finance and investments from Baruch College as well as a BA in economics from Queens College

Nitin Dave

Chief Communications Officer

Thanks to his 40 years of experience in mortgage banking, investment banking, and commercial lending, Nitin Dave is an expert in the field of real estate investments. During his 25 years at Fannie Mae, Mr. Dave oversaw Fannie Mae’s top twenty-five institutions and collaborated with the Urban Institute to create International Housing Finance Systems in countries around the globe.

He has also held leadership roles at Citizens Bank, Pinnacle Financial Corporation, Southern Trust, Middleburg Bank, SONA Bank, and other financial institutions. While working with residential loan giants like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae, Mr. Dave cultivated formidable financial analysis, auditing, and accounting skills. He serves as a consultant for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation regarding auditing and overseeing banks with respect to mortgages and mortgage-backed security assets.

Mr. Dave is one of the few investment professionals with experience in all areas of mortgage banking, from front-end operations (such as origination, underwriting, and credit/risk management) to back-end operations (such as servicing, quality control, and post-closing).

In addition to his decades of experience, Mr. Dave holds an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University, a Certified Public Accountant’s certification, a Chartered Accountant’s designation from India, a certificate from the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of Mortgage Banking, an undergraduate degree from Ohio State University.
